[Edit]There's no rock/pop flavor or sweetening in the music of Balfa Toujours. Their twin fiddle/accordion/guitar lineup and menu of French language tunes, two-steps and waltzes are aimed at the Cajun hardcore, and the CD serves as a wonderful tribute to Dewey Balfa's memory. The music is traditional, but has a modern sensibility and contemporary sound and is mostly performed in French, with Nelda and Christine Balfa handling vocals.
