[Edit]Hard Twelve is the first album released by this nine-musician team from Atlanta. Beat Assailant pushes the boundaries of hip-hop by stirring some funk, soul, rock, and electro into the traditional urban mix. These tracks are infused with jazz, and feature piano and horns in a Wax Tailor-esque combination. Released in 2005 by the French label Wagram, Hard Twelve was followed by Imperial Pressure in 2008, and Rhyme Space Continuum in 2010.
