[Edit]Originally released by Reprise Records in 1963, this live date from pianist Joe Bushkin at Town Hall features nine laid-back interpretations of standards, including "I Can't Get Started," "They Can't Take That Away From Me," "One for My Baby," and "The Song Is Ended." Bushkin is backed by Chuck Wayne on guitar, Milt Hinton on bass, and Ed Shaughnessy on percussion. This disc is recommended more as romantic background music than jazz.
