Third and last album with the association between Lulu Santos and producer Marcello Mansur, the Memê, which yielded three winner albums that sold 1.5 million copies: Assim Caminha A Humanidade (1994), Eu e Memê, Memê e Eu (1995) and Anti Ciclone Tropical (1996). The partnership doesn't endure the whole work, being eroded by relationship problems. It didn't prevent the album to preserve the intentions of both, representing a highly commercial effort built around funk, soul, disco, and rhythm & blues. Vince Montana, from Salsoul Orchestra, signs the string arrangements of two tracks. Maybe the only surprise of the album is the inclusion of axé-music elements in "Assaltaram A Gramática II," an old hit by Paralamas do Sucesso here interpreted with the help of Gabriel, o Pensador. But rock is out of the premises. Santos invokes Tim Maia in "Aviso Aos Navegantes" and Jorge Ben in "Quero Minha Mãe," reinforcing the danceable vocation of this release.
