[Edit]Two early albums from Guatemalan singer, songwriter, and superstar Ricardo Arjona are collected in this set with 1993's Animal Nocturno and 1994's Historias both packed inside. The albums come from a particularly experimental time in the adventurous Arjona's career, with the breakthrough effort Animal Nocturno sounding like a rocker's album. "Mujeres" and "Primera Vez" are the album's hits, while the massively successful Historias features "Te Conozco" and "Señora de las Cuatro Décadas," along with more sophistication and genre-jumping when it comes to the music. These are the two most successful efforts in the singer's early catalog, and even if they both went multi-platinum with millions sold, Arjona's audience spans generations, making archival sets such as this all the more necessary and attractive.
